- UTM’s unique 5.56mm Man-Marker Rounds (MMR), loose and linked, have been awarded Type Classification and subsequently successfully achieved Full Material Release (FMR) on June 26th, 2009.
- UTM Conversion Kits, M16/M4 & M249 as well as the 5.56mm Man-Marker ammunition will be fielded under the Close Combat Marking Capability Kit (CCMCK) program beginning July 2009. Initially, this Training equipment is being distributed to select US Army TRADOC organizations for use under an established fielding plan associated with the CCMCK program.
- Individual units that do not receive UTM equipment under the CCMCK fielding plan can still easily obtain them for their own individual training needs.
- UTM Training equipment is available for units to purchase independently under GSA Contract GS-07F-5749P.
- UTM have a stock of most items and can meet most needs straight from inventory.
- For your convenience UTM is registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) and fully ready to meet your needs.

| UTM has an online catalog available via GSA Advantage. You can post your request which will automatically be routed to UTM . Quote Requests and Purchase Orders are easily generated online. Ebuy is used to generate and route Requests for Quote (RFQs). Additionally, The GSA Portal enables buyers to submit online Purchase Orders. UTM monitors GSA Advantage daily and fulfills all requests promptly. |

| Direct Contract |
| UTM receives many procurement contracts from individual units. UTM is sold directly to military customers by our sales staff, (since UTM is the only Type Classified 5.56 marking ammunition available – units often choose to issue a sole source contract for our products.) Once a purchase order is received, delivery normally takes place within 45 days. |
